IEC and ICEGATE Registration Setupacc

1. IEC (Import Export Code) Registration
The mandatory 10-digit code from DGFT required to export or import anything from India. We handle the application, documentation (PAN, business proof, bank details, address proof), and follow-up until it's issued.

2. AD Code Registration with Bank
The Authorized Dealer Code from your bank, required to receive foreign currency payments and link your account to customs. We coordinate with your bank to get this issued and registered.

3. RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate)
Registration with the relevant Export Promotion Council (EPC) based on your product category — required to access government export incentives and schemes.

4. ICEGATE Registration
Once IEC and AD Code are in place, we register your business on ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Commerce Gateway) — the portal used to file shipping bills, track customs clearance, and handle electronic communication with customs.

5. AD Code Registration on ICEGATE
AD Code (Authorized Dealer Code) Registration is the process of linking your IEC with your bank's 14-digit AD Code on ICEGATE for a specific customs port. This enables Customs to recognize the bank authorized to handle your export transactions and process export documentation and foreign exchange realization. Without AD Code registration, export shipping bills cannot be processed at that port.

6. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Setup
Required for signing documents electronically on ICEGATE and other government portals. We guide you through getting a valid Class 3 DSC and linking it correctly.

7. Final Verification
A check to confirm all registrations are active and correctly linked — IEC, AD Code, RCMC, and ICEGATE — so there's no last-minute rejection when your first shipping bill is filed.

Note: ₹4,499 covers IEC, AD Code, ICEGATE, DSC, and full guidance on RCMC. Only the RCMC government/EPC registration fee is separate, as it varies by council and product category — paid directly by you at actual cost.
