Why buy two-wheeler parts from India

These six brands are built and sold in India in very large numbers, so the parts trade around them is deep. The parts you need for a fleet of Indian-brand motorcycles are in the same market where the motorcycles are made.

For an importer, the practical gain is simple: you deal with one exporter for several brands instead of chasing each one, and you can fill one container with parts from all of them.

Who buys from us

Parts distributors, motorcycle dealers with their own workshops, spare-part wholesalers and importers who already sell Indian-brand motorcycles in their home market. If you sell to workshops, we are built for you. We are not a retail shop and we do not sell single parts to riders.

How we ship

  1. Send your list: Brands, models and part numbers or photos of the parts. A spreadsheet or a WhatsApp message both work.
  2. We check and quote: We confirm which parts we can supply and quote for your destination port. Prices depend on the list, the brands and the quantity.
  3. Pack and consolidate: If you buy from more than one brand, we can bring the parts together in one mixed LCL shipment instead of several small ones.
  4. Ship FCL or LCL: Full container (FCL) when the order fills a container, LCL when it does not. We tell you which makes sense for your volume. We ship from any major Indian port.

Documents with every shipment

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Indian export shipping bill
  • Bill of lading from the shipping line
  • Certificate of origin, when your customs asks for it

Tell us in advance if your customs needs anything else and we will check if we can supply it.

Common questions from parts importers

Which brands do you supply parts for?

Bajaj, KTM, TVS, Hero, Yamaha and Royal Enfield. Send us the models you service and we confirm what we can supply.

Can I mix brands in one container?

Yes. If you buy from more than one brand we can consolidate the parts into one mixed LCL shipment, or fill a full container with several brands.

When should I choose FCL and when LCL?

FCL means you rent the whole container, which makes sense when your order fills a 20 ft or 40 ft box. LCL means your cartons share a container with other cargo, which suits smaller orders. We tell you which one fits your volume when we quote.

How do I ask for a quote?

Send brands, vehicle models, part numbers and quantities through the form on this page or on WhatsApp +91 88841 11995. A spreadsheet is best. Photos of the part also help.

Which documents come with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, the Indian export shipping bill and the bill of lading from the shipping line. We can also arrange a certificate of origin when your customs asks for it.

What is the HS code for motorcycle parts?

Motorcycle parts are normally classified under HS 8714.10 in the Harmonized System. Import duty and any local standards depend on your country, so check the final classification with your customs broker.

Are you an authorised distributor of these brands?

Exim Kithab is an independent exporter and is not affiliated with these manufacturers. We supply genuine parts and ship from India. If you need to know more about a particular lot, ask us before you order.

How do orders and prices work?

Orders are placed by pack quantity, meaning the carton or pack size of each part. Prices depend on the parts, the brand and the quantity, so we quote against your list. We ship from any major Indian port.
